A well-structured daily routine is the foundation of successful SSB interview preparation for NDA, CDS, and AFCAT aspirants. Since the SSB selection process evaluates Officer Like Qualities (OLQs), communication skills, and personality traits, your preparation must be consistent and balanced.

Morning Routine: Physical Fitness & Newspaper Reading

Start your day with 30–45 minutes of physical exercise, including running, push-ups, and basic strength training. Physical fitness improves stamina for GTO tasks and individual obstacles. After that, read a national newspaper to improve current affairs knowledge, communication skills, and content for group discussions and personal interviews.

Mid-Day Practice: Psychology Tests

Dedicate 1–2 hours daily to Psychology Test practice, including TAT, WAT, SRT, and Self Description (SD). Focus on writing natural, positive, and practical responses within time limits. Regular practice strengthens clarity of thought and improves OLQ demonstration.

Afternoon Session: Communication & GTO Preparation

Work on group discussion topics, lecturette practice, and speaking exercises. Improve body language, confidence, and decision-making ability. You can also practice GTO task strategies and group planning exercises.

Evening Review: Self-Analysis & Mock Interview

End your day with self-evaluation. Review your written responses and identify areas for improvement. Practice common personal interview questions to build confidence and clarity.
